The original bank was constructed as the flagship location in the early 1960’s, and the small business has remained dedicated to the mid-town neighborhood ever since. The new design was realized with this long-term commitment in mind, and provides a modern yet contextual appearance that appropriately addresses the street through an opportunistic approach to setbacks and voids in the building massing. This expression enables an entry court that subtly blurs the boundary between interior and exterior, and extends the building out into the landscape.
