AARP Survey for Building Industry Stakeholders in Lincoln

AARP Nebraska is partnering with Opticos Design to conduct a survey of housing stakeholders and experts on the barriers to building Missing Middle housing options in Lincoln, both for sale or rent.

Why Your Input Matters: Creating more Missing Middle housing is essential to addressing our critical housing shortage. These housing types offer the size and affordability options that people of all ages—including older adults—need but often can’t find. Your professional insights on zoning, building codes, financing, and market issues will help us understand the barriers preventing more of this housing from being built in Lincoln.
