The challenge was to create private work places to be rented out to entrepreneurs in the fields of hair styling, skincare, manicure/pedicure, and massage therapy.

Design objectives:

1. Design creative space
2. Make the public hallways an ever changing experience
3. Create a multifunctional custom millwork styling station for each work space
4. Create sitting spaces integrated into the public hallways
5. Create a variety of work places

The design creates unusual room shapes with large amounts of glass to expand space, making the rooms feel larger and open.
