Located in a strip mall, this property management office was once home
to a laundromat. The office is organized around a large corridor that serves
as a gathering space for guests and clients as they arrive for meetings.
A private office for the company president was constructed adjacent to
the gathering space with a simple glass partition defining the office from
the gathering space. Opposite the president's office is another private
office and conference room that are also separated from the gathering space
with a simple glass partition. Enclosed within the service core of the
project is the file/storage room as well as the mechanical systems for
the project. |
