Wanting to consolidate many departments currently spread throughout the Omaha Metro Area, Nebraska’s largest credit union chose Papillion, Nebraska to call their new home. It was important for this institution that their new corporate headquarters was an expression of appreciation and understanding that their member base is the key to their success.
The project implements several eco-friendly design approaches including a geo-thermal well system, radiant heating, chilled beam radiant cooling, day lighting controls and 100 percent LED site lighting.
